Hat

Head cover is not required, but is recommended. A hat keeps the head warm in the winter and cool in the summer! The sisters recommend a hiking hat for two primary reasons...

  1. Helps keep sun🌞 and rain ☔ away from the eyes 👀 and face. A full brim hat will also protect the neck skin.

  2. Dipping the cap🧢 in the cold creek/river water 💦 and placing on the head is quite refreshing!
